Product Description

FreezBan NC is a set accelerating and water reducing liquid admixture for concrete and masonry mortar. FreezBan NC is formulated without calcium chloride or chloride ions that may promote corrosion. FreezBan NC may be used in concrete or mortar in contact with reinforcing steel, door & window jams, and other metallic building materials. FreezBan NC improves the workability and finishing characteristics of concrete and mortar placed at cold temperatures.

Uses

• Plain concrete and mortar placements down to 15°F (-9°C)
• Setting brick, concrete block, stone, glass block, and structural clay tile
• In areas where specifications call for noncorrosive non-chloride accelerating admixture
• Precast, post-tensioned and cast-in-place structural concrete
